Axiocam HR

Available as a versatile color camera (Axiocam HRc) or as an extremely sensitive monochrome (Axiocam HRm) version, with up to 12 million pixel image resolution. With its 14 bit dynamic range, the Axiocam HR easily masters the diverse challenges of modern microscopy, even in low light level applications. The HRc utilizes "co-site sampling" which gives each pixel on the camera chip true RGB data. This makes it possible to acquire real color information, as opposed to the "pseudo-RGB" data generated by interpolation used in most color cameras. In the HRm version, the entire spectrum of light can be detected without differentiating the wavelengths on the chip, and the sensitivity is expanded into the near infrared, up to about 1000 nm.
