Zeiss Axioskop
40
A research microscope affordable enough for the clinical
lab, the robust Axioskop 40 is designed specifically for a wide variety of purposes
ranging from pathology to epi-fluorescence research. The Axioskop 40 incorporates
Zeiss' unique planetary gear mechanism for the focus drive, to ensure years of
maintenance-free operation. Check out the new X-CITE epi-fluorescence illuminator
system with up to 1500 hours of lamp life and requires no lamp alignment!
Zeiss Axiostar
Plus
Zeiss' most economically priced upright microscope,
the Axiostar Plus is designed for both lab and classroom use. The Axiostar Plus
is modular in design and can be configured with epi-fluorescence illumination
and digital imaging. Prices start out at $1,500.00 to well under $10,000.00 for
the research version with phase contrast and epi-fluorescence illumination. The
Axiostar Plus is a direct descendant of the old Standard series (which is still
used in many labs today) and incorporates the same planetary gear mechanism for
the focus drive, ensuring years of maintenance-free operation.
Zeiss Axio
Image
rAxio
Imager - once again, Carl Zeiss is setting new standards in light microscopy.
Users will discover new standards in terms of performance, fully integrated intelligence
and a forward-looking operating concept. Expandability and versatility are greater
than ever before. The result is an innovative, modular microscopy platform for
all your routine and research requirements and applications. The Axio Imager offers:
- The ideal imaging solution with uncompromising focus
on digital microscopy
- The best optics, clearly offering you more information
in all contrast methods
- The best fluorescence with higher contrast
- An innovative stand architecture that can be adapted
modularly to meet your individual requirements
- An intelligent stand with integrated software for
controlling all of your work steps
- Highest precision with the imaging cell and a closed
loop z-focus
- Extremely comfortable ergonomics and operation for more relaxed working, even
over long periods.
Zeiss Apotome
Near-confocal imaging at a fraction of the cost! Near-confocal
imaging with a significantly smaller footprint! Unmatched contrast and image quality-with
the thickness of one Airy unit. Exceptional resolution in 3D imaging-fast, simple
and deblurred, even with thick specimens. The classical challenges in displaying
optical sections in 2D & 3D fluorescence imaging (stray light, long reconstruction
times & post processing) are history! The new Apotome delivers unbelievable
images quickly, economically and with a minimum of training.
Motic BA200
A great choice for the classroom or occasional lab use. Robust
design and high resolution with small footprint make this a great choice for the
classroom.
Motic BA300
An economical choice for either the classroom or clinical
lab. The BA300 is optically and mechanically very good and has been designed with
the user in mind, with careful ergonomical consideration given to the placement
of the focusing knobs and mechanical stage controls. The BA300 may also be configured
with phase contrast and polarized light contrasting techniques. An excellent value!
